FOUNDER & HEAD COACH
Master`s degree in Exercise Physiologist and a Bachelor`s degree in Exercise Science with extensive experience in strength training, mobility, and long-term health. She works with adults of all ages, focusing on safe, personalized training that respects each client’s history, limitations, and goals.
Her approach is structured, evidence-based, and highly individualized; helping clients build strength, improve movement, and maintain an active, healthy lifestyle over time

FOUNDER
Connor is the co-founder of Core District and brings a deeply personal perspective to the studio’s mission. After losing over 90 pounds through structured training and lifestyle changes, he understands firsthand the challenges many adults face when starting their fitness journey.
His experience, discipline, and commitment to long-term consistency help shape the supportive and welcoming environment at Core District.
